<h1>食物简介</h1>
<p>日料中的天妇罗是指：将新鲜的鱼虾和时令蔬菜裹上浆放入油锅炸成金黄色，这样的食物才叫做天妇罗（tenpura）。</p>
<p>而我国称为甜不辣的，只是将一些食材（肉、海鲜、鱼肉等）弄成浆与面粉混合成型的食物，通常口感与加了很多面粉的贡丸相似，并非天妇罗。</p>
<p>中国的甜不辣多用于关东煮，也多用于火锅。甜不辣又甜又咸，味道鲜香，喷香扑鼻。</p>
<p>大多数人认为甜不辣是由日本人发明的，其实是葡萄牙人最先发明再随传教士一起传到日本。</p>
<p>通常超市看到的甜不辣有长条形、圆形、扁形等等，通常在关东煮、麻辣烫、火锅等美食中出现。也可以炸透了沾着泰式甜辣酱吃。家庭料理中可与芹菜、花菜、西兰花、莴笋等块儿炒，是道容易又实用的家常菜。</p>
