<p>青豆炒肉是一道色香味俱全的汉族名菜。青豆清甜可口，与高蛋白的肉类相搭配，便可做成一道美味而有营养的菜肴。青豆放滚水内过一遍，备用，红椒切小块。猪肉切片加盐，老抽，胡椒粉（可加少许味精）腌制15分钟。锅内热油，加葱姜煸炒，放肉炒至八成熟，加青豆，红椒炒至肉熟即可出锅。</p>

<p>主料：新鲜青豆，猪肉，红椒(青椒也可)。</p>
<p>调料：盐少许，胡椒粉3/4小勺，老抽2勺，葱姜少许。</p>
<h1>做法</h1>

<p>青豆400g,猪肉丝100g,油适量,盐适量,大蒜适量,花椒适量,姜适量,蚝油适量,蘑菇精适量,清水适量,</p>
<p>步骤：</p>
<p>青豆洗干净（买的毛豆，要自己剥好）。</p>
<p>猪肉切丁，加一勺蚝油、一勺酱油、一勺油腌制一会。</p>
<p>沸水把毛豆粒煮至断生，大概中火八分钟。</p>
<p>腌好的肉丁，油锅里炒熟。</p>
<p>倒入煮好的青豆，加一勺酱油。</p>
<p>加少量的辣椒，翻炒均匀就OK啦。</p>
<p>小贴士</p>
<p>蚝油加的比较多，所以才会有海鲜的味道。青豆一定要煮够8-10分钟，要煮熟才能吃。</p>
